IDEA stops responding when open project

Hi,

The IDEA 7.0.3 installed on my Windows XP stops responding every time when I open a project, in the popup windows "Search Path", it is just displaying "Searching", and my windows explorer dies at the same time, and I can see the idea.exe process is using the whole CPU load.

I have tried to install IDEA on another Windows XP machine and it was working fine, so I guess it's my windows installation, I have tried stopping anti-virus, didn't help, so what could be the problem ? Is there any way I can disable the auto-searching when I open a project to avoid this problem ?
