Syntax error popup message

I like very much the new error popup message, it's much clearer than before
(although there seems to be a minor layout bug that causes unneeded spacing
in the first line).
However, there is something that iritates me (and that is in IDEA for a long
time): when I place the mouse over a red-underlined statement, the window
pops up just below the mouse, thus preventing the text to be selected. Does
it annoy somebody else?
