ctrl-click to jump no longer underlines

I accidentally removed the keymapping from "Ctrl+Button1 Click" to whatever it is that jumps me to the declaration of a variable or class or method. I remapped it to "Jump to Source" and that seems to work. But, it doesn't underline the variable (or class or method) when I hover over it and hold ctrl. It's functionally identical but it's disconcerting to not see the underline before I click.

How do I make it underline again?

Hello Geoff,

Currently the underlining only works if you have a modifier key assigned
