PHPStorm 10.0.3 - Lost ability to alter syntax mode of scratch

In older versions of PHPStorm I was able to conveniently switch the syntax for any individual scratch, using a syntax icon (select list toggle),
located next to the file encoding in the footer of every scratch window.

After updating to the latest release, it is gone.
Would be happy if someone could tell me how to get back that feature.
