Is there a way to define folder templates (eg for Drupal modules)

Hi,

I work with PHP Storm to develop Drupal projects and from time to time I need to create custom modules and themes. Such a Drupal module or theme folder always has a bunch of files in it by default. I see that you can create file templates within PHP Storm but is there a way to create folder templates with a set of files in it as well?
