3rd Party Libraries

Is there a way to mark a directory as excluded for inspection but included for code completion?

My "external" folder has 3rd party libraries in it that I don't want to fix up but if I just mark the folder as excluded then I get errors that functions or classes don't exist.

Reading the descriptions of the other options in the "Mark as" menu don't seem to be what I want... Unless I've misread them.

PHP:

  1. Mark it as Excluded
  2. Add it as PHP Include Path at "Settings (Preferences on Mac) | Languages & Frameworks | PHP"


JavaScript:

  1. Mark it as Excluded
  2. Add it as Library at "Settings (Preferences on Mac) | Languages & Frameworks | JavaScript | Libraries"
