Freeze after using create method intention

Twice in a row now, I have had IDEA freeze (window not updating, have to kill from Task Manager) when I use the Create Method intention from an undefined usage. The undefined usage was in an inner class and I selected the option to create the method in the outer class. It creates the method, highlights the return type and then freezes.

Anybody else seen this?
