You know it's not that healthy to spend the hole life - 7 days a week, 24 hours a day - in front of your box. Getting some fresh air now and then also helps one's own CPU to recover.
Somehow it's an old tradition to make the break on weekends and not during the week. Maybe it's because the other folks also do it this way and this again is a good occasion to meet them.
