Can't run configuration entries...

Go to Project Properties, in the Run/Debug section. You can access the
entries from there (and delete the ones you don't need).

As for the EAP, it now makes a distinction between run and test for a unit
test class. The run option adds it to the list of entries, if you choose
"test" IDEA considers it a "one time" thing and it doesn't add it to the
list.
