trouble creating git

Hi
After looking at the documentation in PHPStorm I am still very confused on how to setup git.
I am developing on a Windows box and hosting with a2hosting. They have git installed, but it seems to need ssh.
Very new to this.
Any help would be appreciated.

You can choose from the existing remote repositories, but you can't add new remotes from the UI, there is a feature request: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-87099
