change default http server

Hi
Every time i  launch a project ;  phpstorm show this capture screen .
Is there a way to configure phpstorm to load not the built in http server implemented by php storm but load / use an external php  server  ( Desktop and phpstorm on the same file OS system )  with CMS wordpress/joomla ? .
