They can't help. The proxyis completly dumb and don't understand HTTP 1.1 Range requests (ie, you can't continue broken downloads).
Anyway: I was just wandering if there was some unknown way to connect to akamai servers using FTP (which doesn't go through the proxy) -- I know it would be unfeasible for JetBrains to provide FTP servers their own.
I'll try to download Aurora at home. The download should finish some day :)

Not sure if it would help, but I'm pretty happy with Opera's
transfer capabilities. Maybe you can give it a try.
