How to customize the "Upload to..." popup menu

Hello,

For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to customize the "Upload to..." popup menu. You can select this item when you right click on a file and select "Upload to..." which presents a list of servers. I'd like to customize which servers show up in this popup, but I am not able to figure out how to do this.

Would appreciate any help on this.
