Connect PhpStorm with YouTrack and see the commits

Hello Community,

I use PhpStorm 8 and YouTrack 5.2.1.

I set it up PhpStorm to see the tasks from YouTrack and it works well.

But if I make a SVN commit, it's not possible to see the comment in YouTrack.

I like to connect it. How can I do this?
