How to do a multiline Replace in Path

Hi,

I use Replace in Path a lot. Very nice. I just still could not figure out how to do a multiline replace or search as can be done when searching/replacing within a single file. Sure, one can use regexes, but that makes things very complicated, especially when working with html.
So is there something I overlook, or is it simply not possible?
