can't open Rnu -> edit configuration dialog

hi all
I am using IntelliJ 5.1.2 , jdk1.5.0_07 (very new version)
install ok
first run IntelliJ everything ok
but
when we restart computer
again open IntelliJ

can't open Run -> Edit Configuration dialog
and Setting -> Debbger dialog too

note : no display any error message !!!!

very confusion ??

Any resolution to this? I'm having the same problem with the Edit Configurations, but my Settings -> Debugger seems to work fine.

The problem just started totally out of the blue today.
