Splitter bar

Just a thought/suggestion that I think would make IDEA feel "snappier". I think that when resizing windows using the splitter and having the windows refresh as you drag the splitter gives a slugish impression to the user.

Why not just show the splitter bar moving and when the user releases the mouse button have the windows refresh then?
