New Project- from Ant script or NetBeans

Hello,

I am new to IDEA and trying out IDEA 6. My project (OFBiz) is defined in ant script and NetBeans project files. What is the best/fastest way for me to create project in IDEA? Is it possible to import from either? I would appreciate explicit instructions :)
