ModuleTemplate

Is there possibility to customize preferred default values for java
modules, like there is for projects (File | Template Project Settings).
I am interested to set CompilerOutputPathForTests and SourceFolder(for
tests) automaticaly, it they don't allready have value. If there is no
existing mechanism, I will write plugin for that.
