Groupping of fields/constants by access

Would it be possible to have the following feature? In IDE Settings/General in addition to "Order of Members" and (possibly optionally) instead of "Fields" allow the following items:
"Public Constants"
"Package Access Constants"
"Private Constants"
"Public Fields"
"Package Access Fields"
"Private Fields"
