Excluding folders

I have a build folder in the same path as my source tree. In that
build folder there exists a copy of my source tree taken from CVS. Now
IDEA allways uses those sources instead of the sources that I work on,
given me highlighted errors in the editor.

In the compiler I can exclude folders, is it possible to do the same
with IDEAs source path?
