The link is to idea657.tag.gz and can't be downloaded.

Also, your HTML looks like this:

idea657.tar.gz when it should be: idea657.tar.gz ]]>

Unless you look at the source or you know the exact download link, the links don't work (on a Browser that only accepts valid HTML, like Galeon).
