is it possible to add new tab to right panel? like project or structure

Hi guys!
Is it possible to implement a new tab in the right pane?
If yes - where i can read about this?
My issue:

• Got acces to file structure and files content
• Create project tree by custom logic
• Show it in right pane (like project or structure)
