Compilation problem uner version 5

Hi,

I used to work with version 4 which worked fine. When I reopen the same project under version 5 and compile one of my packages with dependencies on other packages, the compiler doesn't find the other packages anymore.
This is probably related to module settings which I tweaked every possible way since then but didn't find to solve the issue.

This should really be a problem faced by anyone with more than one package.

Anyone has this ?
