CVS gets corrupted with 5.0.2

I noticed that with the new release I cant use CVS anymore.

1st, After the update I opened my project and half of the files were not in CVS, I was asked to add them

I did a clean check out, modified a few files and committed. I cant update anymore, I get Access denied error in the intelliJ, and "no such repository" message from the cygwin. I get the error after going through a few packages.

What is going on?
Any advice?
