couldn't startup with splash window paused

If you're on Windows you should look at C:\Documents and settings\]]>\.IntelliJIDEA50\system\logs or so. If you're on linux, try
~/.IntelliJIDEA50/system/logs. If you're on mac, try
~/Library/Caches/IntelliJIDEA50/system/logs or so.
