Project file corrupt after installing IDEA 4.5.1 !!
Hi,
My project file is now corrupt after installing IDEA 4.5.1. Now I have to rebuild the whole thing again. Pain in the neck.
Any solutions on how to get it uncorrupted?

Restore a backup?

I had a similiar problem and was able to restore the project file by editing the project workspace xml file (iws). The file was corrupted. Back it up, and open it in an XML editor. Most likely it is no longer well-formed.
Mine had an extra set of nodes outside the ]]> tag - removing those seemed to do the trick.
