Unused Public Methods

I would like to see if there are any unused methods in our code base. Is there any way to inspect for this? It would be nice if I could set the level of visibility, eg unused private methods, unused public methods, etc.

Are you talking about the unused declaration inspection? That is the closest one I can find?

Yep exactly. It's General|Unused declaration if you're using Irida EAP or
just 'Unused declaration' if you're on 4.5.x
