middle mouse click quit working

I used to be able to click on a tab with my middle mouse button to close it (and I still can on me other PC) but for some reason it has quit working. I'm not sure if it started with the last eap build or something else I installed. Anyone know how to find out if something "stole" it or how to get it working again?
