Does it happen with all URLs, or some specific ones only? 403 errors usually occur when opening pages that don't allow requesting contents not from the browser. The IDE needs to set a User-Agent header for such requests somehow, but it isn't currently supported (http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WEB-11542)
it seems there are a few sites that it works on like google but everytime i want to us it for a specific page i get the 403 so i guess i have to wait till the useragent option is added
