strange white line in IDE

I can't find anything related to the right margin now. I still see the line.

You better always post a screenshot to provide the context. Otherwise it might be just guessing (in case you are talking about different thing).

But speaking in general: look for "hard warp" and "visual guides" as keywords instead of "right margin" in current versions.

An example: 2 vertical lines at 100 and 120 symbols in a PHP file.
