I was downloading build 2250, I also tried disabling my anti viral software and installing again, but still the installer won't work, after displaying extracting 100%, some times it asks to extract in a different location and some times it shows up nothing.
Sounds like the build you downloaded might be corrupt. Have you tried downloading it again?
