"Help not found for"

Running 4.5.2 (#2244) on Solaris 9 x86 or SPARC, attempting to launch "Help Topics" results in an error dialog. The message that is displayed is "Help not found for." Can anyone tell me how to get the help system working? This would also occur in 4.5.1.
