Debugging stopped?

I was hoping for some advice. For some reason debugging stopped working. Some projects I set a breakpoint and others it is as if I didn't set a breakpoint (it is never hit). I have tried the same procedure (enabling debugging on the browser and having the project listen for debug traffic). But I cannot figure it out. Any advice on how I might see what is wrong?
