Since 4.5 is due any day now

Can the intellij (or some motivated volunteer) write a PDF on how to
properly set up a web app. It would be great if it would include both an
application which is structured like a webapp context and one which is
not. I Think it would help avoid a lot of confusion with the "new style"
for web applications.
