Question

I was wondering if plug-in development could be made simpler. Would it be possible to have plug-ins load/unload without having to restart the IDE? Would it be possible to debug the plug-in in the same instance of the IDE? I guess I am just curious to know if this is going to be improved at all. Thanks.
