Can this be done with File Templates?

Hello,

I was wondering if the following actions are possible with the use of File Templates:

1) Is it possible to use conditional statements in a file template, based on an input parameter?

2) Is it possible to generate a 'child' file, based on the chosen file template?
For instance, when I select a custom class template which should incorporate the use of a bean class, it would also create this new bean class.

In other words, I am looking for a way to mimic some kind of 'project template wizard'.
