using IDEA(4.0.2 ) create EntityBean failed, is bug here?

When I use IDEA create an Entity bean, I create a data source for the Entity bean, all my data source settings is ok,but ORA error occured,"maximum open cursors exceeded", so I failed.

I guess the reason maybe is tables too much in my database(more than 200 tables), is this reason? or something else?
