License question
Your license description says that for $499 I get a year's free bugfixes.
Does this include free 4.x upgrades? Specifically, does it include the upgrade to 4.1, which you have indicated might fully support JDK 1.5?
Having followed the EAP closely since builds 7-800 I can't help but wonder how often you plan to release bugfix upgrades the next 12 months? There are over 5700 issues to be fixed in the Tracker (20 reported on the initial 4.0, build 1162 alone), and while I realize that some of them have become obsolete and that you haven't had time to update their status, I would want to know how you plan to deal with this. Some bugs are serious and stop me from promoting IDEA in my organization, specifically the focus-grabbing bug.
I need to know more before approaching my boss with a purchase request...

If you purchase IDEA 4.0 you will get a free upgrade to IDEA 4.1 -- as 4.1
will be considered a maintainence release. So, get those purchase orders in
quickly, before we run out of stock! ;)

Umm - well, I took advantage of your Christmas offer and purchased a personal license (to what was then 3.0, but which of course works with 4.0). Would I be eligible for the free 4.1 upgrade ?
