How to rebase on Bitbucket?

I forked my team's project on Bitbucket. and I did a local 'git clone <my-fork>'

I can commit and push to my local fork, but how do I rebase my fork with the team's upstream changes?

I tried 'rebase' but it said nothing to pull in.
