Avoid FTP Download of all stuff

Hi,

ist there a chance to avoid downloading all stuff from FTP-Server when setting up a new project with existing files on remote server?

I marked a lot of directories "not indexing" during the setup but now PhpStorm downloads all. And I wait and wait and wait...
