Another one way - modifing form XML directly. And Another one too - follow - like a tag play :)
For example if you want to put Tab3 between Tab1 and Tab2, you must drag&drop Tab2 to end of tabs. Moving tabs to end - is more easy that moving it directly between or at first location.
