deployment (Ftp to production server), when two branches are merged

Hello!

In my current project I use the Github version control.
I have 2 branch.
 This is a 'master' and 'develop'.
If I have fulfilled the task in branch 'develop' I merge 'develop' and 'master'.

Is there a way to 'deployment' with ftp, when I merge two branches?
