PhpStorm theme ColorJive

Heyho,

I was not really satisfied with any of the provided dark themes that are shipped with PhpStorm, so I decided to create my own.

I focused on PHP, JavaScript, CoffeeScript, CSS, HTML, SASS, XML, Twig and it surely needs further polishing.

Maybe someone else will find it nice, too - feel free to use it.
