Problem with Menu-Points File/Edit (only windows 7 64Bit)

When i want click on File or Edit, a lot of time I must wait 20-30 seconds then it works. What can be the problem?

This Problem is on my window 7 64 Bit pc. On my MacBookPro i don't have this problem.
