phpstorm scroll bar jumps back

Hi I got a question about phpstorm.

I'll using win 7 + phpstrom 5.0.1. When I open a file, drag the scroll bar down, the scroll bar jumped back to the top, then the line 1 was selected.

Is there a fix for it?
