How to customize the CSS Styles panel in Webstorm

Hi,

Currently I am unable to find the color style that controls the text color within the left pane of the CSS Styles Tool Window. Can some one point it out in the Editor>Colors & Fonts I may do that. I want to change the blue colored text to some other color. Screen shot attached.

Apparently you cannot -- looks like it is hardcoded.
