As far as I'm aware -- no -- only full new installation ("new version available" dialog window has no "upgrade" button, just "More info" that leads to downloads page on JB website).
You can copy them manually (they are just a files). The only thing that disabled plugins may be automatically activated (unless you copy that file with list of disabled plugins too).
I do not know what OS you have there, so check this doc for plugins locations:

But then I have to reinstall all my plugins :O
