I suggest to clear browser caches and try again -- usually helps (most likely you were unlucky to get it corrupted during download phase or download was not completed/interrupted -- full download size should be 97,589,160 bytes). If that will not help -- try on another computer, preferably with different IP or even provider.
So far you were first to report this this release, so it's quite unlikely that the file is corrupted on the actual server (although it is possible, as it happened once in the past -- a year ago or so, but then there were quite a few reports).
