custom folding regions and xml

is there a way to add custom folding regions in xml files like with http://blog.jetbrains.com/webide/2012/03/new-in-4-0-custom-code-folding-regions/ ?

I've tried several combinations, and didn't succeed, also, surround with does not offer this feature in xml so I suppose it isn't available at all…

I think it is not implemented for XML files -- please submit Feature Request to the Issue Tracker: http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/WI
